Return & Exchange Policy

At Hafawat Al Nakheel, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priorities. Returns and exchanges may be requested subject to the following terms:

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

●The product arrives damaged or defective.

●An incorrect product has been sent.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

●The return must be requested within 24 hours.

●The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used or consumed.

●Photos showing the issue must be provided.

●The order number or invoice must be provided.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

●A change of mind after receiving the correct product in good condition.

●Products that have been opened or partially or fully consumed.

●Incorrect shipping or contact information provided by the customer.

●Refusal to receive the shipment for reasons unrelated to the product or the store.

Order Cancellation:

●Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund before the order is prepared or a shipping label is issued.

●Once the order has been shipped, the store reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping and return costs when a cancellation is requested or the shipment is refused.

Refunds:

●Returned products will be inspected first.

●Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

Important Notes:

●The store covers shipping and exchange costs when the error is attributable to the store.

●The store reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
